Privacy policy
AusVisaTime is operated by ClearNative. We keep personal information to a minimum. This policy explains what is handled and why, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we do not collect
- No accounts, passwords or sign-in.
- Your lodgement date, selected stream and visa finder answers are used in your browser to show your result. They are not sent to our servers or attached to an identity.
- No visa application numbers, passport details or other identity documents are requested.
Anonymous usage analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example page views and which calculators or tools are opened. Custom events carry only a fixed action name and, where relevant, a visa subclass or button placement. They never include dates, answers, free text or a user identifier. Counts measure actions, not individual people.
Information stored on your device
- Your light or dark theme choice.
- If you use the in-browser page translation feature, translated text may be cached locally to speed up repeat visits.
You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
Server logs and hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, it processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested page to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. Vercel may process this information on servers outside Australia.
If you email us
If you contact me@clearnative.com.au, we use your email address and message only to respond and, where relevant, correct our data. We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing. Please do not send passport numbers, application identifiers or other sensitive documents.
Third-party links
Pages link to the Department of Home Affairs and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing me@clearnative.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. See also our terms of use and disclaimer.
